Alright, so. I did the most retarded thing ever, seemingly, between Christmas craziness and Christmas-work-related craziness. I somehow TOTALLY FORGOT we were supposed to be having a release for Hostel...and I'm guessing you might have too, since you didn't say anything to me, but it's not retarded on your part, because it was my job to remember and my kid it affects the most, SO. I'm retarded.

But anyway. So that we can actually do something with it, I thought I might make it so there was some kind of snag with the distributor or something, and the release got pushed back, and maybe we can do it in late February, and FORCE SOFI AND LOLIVER TO TALK in that way. Let me know your thoughts.

Haha, the sad thing is, I actually did remember, but everything was so crazy I was like "nah, I'll just keep quiet about it because I dunno if she has time for all that right now." And then I proceeded to forget/remember/forget/remember/etcetcetc for a while and yeah. SO. That sounds fantastic and I am totally on the ball for that, and yes. They do need to start talking again because he's pining, perhaps. Only without the perhaps.

This excites and terrifies me, as I honestly have no idea whether Sofi will actually be able to keep his shit to himself, once he sees Oliver, or if he'll spew and be all I LOVE YOU MAN...only more seriously than that.

Hi! Just wanted to check in with you, about the Hostel release and making the kids talk. Oliver's not done filming until AFTER Valentine's Day, right? So it wouldn't be safe to have the Hostel release on Friday the 13th? If he were free, that would be ideal, but if he's not going to be, would the 20th work? Anything is fine, just let me know. =)

Then whenever it's convenient for you, we can set something up for them to have a chat. I just changed jobs, and the store I'm working at now is going to start closing at 7PM in the middle of next month, so I'll have every evening except Wednesday tooooottttaaaalllly freeeee, which is excellent news for RPing.

ACTUALLY the 13th works fantastically. He'd wanted to be back in Cali for V-Day in hopes of drowning the night away with others who dislike everything the day stands for, so we can absolutely work with the 13th!

Oh, man, that is fantastic. Ummm. Right now I have the cold/flu/ILLNESS OF DOOM and probably shouldn't even be trying to type, though obviously that's not going so well because I'm stubborn and addicted in spite of massive amounts of OTC drugs, but the second I can function without them, I will be all over that (I almost turned this into a "knockin' on heaven's door" moment, ugh) and we can get them smooshed into conversation.

Oh good. That's such a perfect date. Hopefully Sofi won't try to join him in getting drunk and complaining and then choosing that moment to be all I LOVE YOU MAN. Hopefully he can keep it to himself until a slightly more opportune moment.

Also, I have determined that it is impossible to find a vaguely carpet-ish picture for Oliver without some editing going on, so here are my ideas/options! If I edit, I figure I might as well you know, have fun with it, in which case I'd probably try my hand at a manip with Oli, Len, and Sofian or something. If not that, though, I do have pictures for both of them that could work as sort of "after party-ish" pictures and can send those along pretty quickly.

Ugh, no, don't feel bad. While it did take me longer to write the reply than I'd thought it might, because Oli was being mentally flaily, I'm also the dumbass who saved it to my desktop and didn't - you know - c/p it into a comment and hit reply. I am the queen of fail, and I am so sorry. But it's replied! And I have a post-it note on my monitor, bedside stand, and bathroom mirror now to check that sort of thing instead of just being a ditz.

I used to do that EVERY TIME I would scene with people on AIM. I'd think I hit enter, or think I copy/pasted it from my wordpad...but I wouldn't have. And an hour would go by and they'd be like, "What's the deal?" and I'd be like OH GOD. So that's ok. And I have replied back. AND PLEASE RELPY SOON BECAUSE THIS IS MAKING ME SO ANXIOUS FOR THEM, HAHA.

...This being the case, I'm thinking we should actually...push this scene way forward and say it happened more recently, since this is kind of an important thing for us to know when we proceed.

We should probably make an effort to scene or put them on AIM pretty often (at least every week? idk?) just so we know what's going on. Let me know what's good for you, but I'm pretty sure this is something where we really will need to know exactly what's happening with it.

I agree with that, too. I'm going to be pulling Gen for a couple months to give myself a little more breathing room and all that, so I should have more time to concentrate on my more active characters (and, yanno, actually make them active?) and at least once a week would be perfect. Are there any nights that work best for you for AIM and all that or is it pretty flexible for whenever?

Also, I will try to get a reply in here in a little bit, but even worst case scenario it'll be up before I go to sleep!

No, then people (myself included) would just be like, "...what the hell?" Not that they're probably not going to be like that anyway. Will Connor explode when she finds out? Rhys will explode when/if he does, omg. I told Courtney about this either, and her brain couldn't process it any better than mine can.

I'm sorry you keep hitting these roadblocks with your girls. =/ I really hope everything straightens out the way it should, because as sappy as this sounds, every time one of your characters updates, I feel like it really contributes something, because it's just always so freaking obvious, how much thought and ~*REAL WRITING*~ you've put into what you do.

As for AIM...I'm pretty much here every single night, and just neglect to actually sign on. Once or twice a week, I spend the night at a friend's house, but other than that, I'm here. Usually it's from about 8 or 9 EST, until whenever I feel like going to bed. Sometimes I'm on in the mornings as well. When can you usually be around?

HAHA Exactly. And oh my god. I think she will. Which, actually, I'm excited about even though I shouldn't be, because I'm evil like that. Really, really evil. I've seriously been rubbing my hands together for a while.

<3 Thank you. Honestly, I think the time off from Gen will help. I still like the character, but between wanting to stick her back in a place that actually does make her happy and not having much to say once she's there, I think it's the best option, at least for her. And Len will hopefully be coming back fairly soon. And :[ shh, they're just.. there, haha. But I'm glad they don't come off as obnoxious in any way, I keep swearing up and down that people are going to want to push them off of an e-cliff.

That sounds good! I'm usually at least around my computer most nights, and the only thing that really takes up time is helping my brother with his homework every night. Sometimes it takes ten minutes, sometimes an hour, but either way I can usually scene at the same time since mostly I'm just helping explain things or providing encouragement, rather than hovering over his shoulder the entire time. So I will do my best to pop on for a bit (especially this weekend, I'm really hoping to be on chat night) and we can go from there and figure out which days work best?

Yeah, so, my sleep schedule did strange things and that didn't happen, but I'm replying now, so hopefully that will fix that one.

That's ok, I managed to DESTROY my hand on a drawer pull in my kitchen, and ended up going to bed because I had a giant knot between my thumb and index finger that was making it nigh impossible to type. -__- It still hurts really bad even though I iced it and ended up with a puddle of water in my bed for my troubles.

Anyway. This is probably something for them to discuss, but I wonder whether they'll...make this public knowledge or not. When Oliver tells Connor, YOU MUST SHOW ME, cuz I seriously, seriously can't wait for her reaction. It reminds me of the time we were loling because she thought Sof and Oliver were shagging.

Same here, except it's my homework. I'm going to try to get into the habit of signing onto AIM and just putting up my away message. If you start doing the same, and you see mine up, just ping me anyway, cuz I probably AM there, I just forgot to take it down when I got back from legitimately doing something. I'll probably do the same to you. >D

Just hearing about that is making me wince. Really badly. And hide my hand somewhere that's safe and where it isn't likely to be injured.

I ~read your mind~ is all. Totally attuned here. All over it. HAHA I will. They're going to have a roomie meeting tonight, it sounds like, and it'll be interesting, for sure. God, I remember that. Oliver might actually use that as his intro into it. "Remember that time..."

That is actually a fantastic idea. Haha, and I will do so, and hopefully you'll do the same! For the most part I stay in the general vicinity of my computer/room, and if I see I've got a message and I have even a vague chance of replying, I will. And ugh, I know how that goes, with forgetting to take an away down. I'm so bad about that.
